Usage:

Useful in chest, stomach, throat, body inflammation and weakness caused by acidity

How to use:

Patients are advised to take 1 or 2 teaspoon of Pittshuddhi churn twice a Day. The dose should preferably be taken before taking lunch/ dinner. Taking the Churn with a glass of cold milk is recommended for more effective results.

General Health Tips:

Pittshuddhi Churn
  • Avoid deep fried foods.
  • Consume a diet rich in fibers.
  • Avoid excessive tea and coffee.
  • Avoid smoking and alcoholic beverages.
  • Do not consume sour foods in excess eg. pickles, curds, tamarinds, vinegar, etc.
  • Coconut water is good for reducing acidity in the stomach.
  • Eat regularly, but in smaller portions. More frequent smaller meals are better than overeating once or twice.
  • Have your dinner at least two – three hours before you sleep.
  • Make sure to chew your food properly and slowly.
