Kosthshuddhi Churn is useful for
Constipation, Indigestion
Gastric trouble, Dyspepsia
Flatulence, Blood purification
How to use:
Patients are advised to take 1 or 2 teaspoon of Kosthshuddhi churn twice a Day. The dose should preferably be taken before lunch/ dinner. Taking the churna with a glass of warm water is recommended for more effective results.
